We pride ourselves on our hand-picked suppliers and the provenance of our meat, and at the same time we ask our customers what you think and bring in the products you need.
We will prepare cuts of meat the way you like them, and can offer helpful advice about how to store, prepare and cook them. Whether it's our silver prize-winning sweet-cured bacon with Gloucesters Old Spot pork, our hand-raised pies, local seasonal game or fresh local vegetables, we're sure you'll find what you need. Our main products are:
- Cotswold Lamb from Cotswold Farm Park, Mutch Meats and Sudeley Hill Farm
- Beef includes Long horn, Short horn, Hereford, Gloucester and Belted Galloway from Cotswold Farm Park and Mutch Meats
- Pork with the renowned local favourite Gloucester Old Spot, Iron Age and Oxford Sandy Black, raised at Cotswold Farm Park, Mutch Meats and Sudeley Hill Farm
- Locally reared chicken, turkey, duck and geese
- Seasonal game includes pheasant, partridge, grouse and woodcock; rabbit and pigeon are available all year
- Fresh vegetables from Drinkwater's Farm in Ebrington
- Hand-made pies from Knights Provisions in Honeybourne
- Preserves made by Dart Valley Fine Foods
- Our sauces and gravies are selected from Baytree, Potts Partnership and Highgrove
